Q: Why stay in your apartment rather than a hotel?
A: Our apartment makes you feel at home. You will be living in your Paris apartment like a local rather than in an impersonal hotel room. The apartment is also much larger than a hotel room and less expensive than a comparable hotel room. In addition, you benefit from all the amenities of having a fully-equipped and furnished apartment; you can for example cook your meals rather than being obliged to go to the restaurant all the time.

Q: What are your services?
A: Paris Cosy Corner allows you to choose the day of your arrival and departure. On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you and show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. During your stay, Paris Cosy Corner provides a personalized service and will assist you with advice, suggestions and references as best we can. For example, we can put you in touch with babysitters or chauffeurs.

Q: What time is check in and check out?
A: Check in is at 4 pm at the earliest. However, if you arrive earlier, you have the possibility of leaving your luggage in the apartment on arrival. Of course, if the apartment is ready upon your arrival, you will be able to settle in immediately.
Check out is at 10 am at the latest on the day of departure. You may leave your luggage in the apartment until later and check out may be later if no other client is arriving on the day of your departure. At check out, we will do an inventory of the apartment with you.

Q: Does your price include taxes?
A: Yes, our price includes all taxes, including VAT. The price is all-inclusive, and you will not be charged for electricity, gas, local fixed-line telephone calls, unlimited high speed internet and wifi, cable TV, and cleaning once a week. We will however charge you for calls to long distance numbers and cell phones and for any additional services that may be provided.

Q: Do we have to bring our towels?
A: No, the apartment is fully-equipped. Paris Cosy Corner provides linen and towels, as well as a hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron for your personal belongings.

Q: When do we pay the rental fee?
A: In order to secure your booking, you will be required to agree with our terms and conditions and to pay 50% of the total amount of the rental fee. This amount may be paid by check in euros, by wire transfer or by credit card (visa or master card). The balance is due upon your arrival when we give you the keys. If the booking is made less than one month before your arrival, the entire rental fee will be due upon booking.

Upon your arrival, you will also be required le leave a security deposit equal to the weekly rental fee. This deposit will be returned following the inventory at your departure.
